CHICAGO — After a period of reevaluation, the Windy City Boys Troop has begun a series of significant revitalization efforts. Earlier this year WCBT revamped its bylaws in an effort to both simplify its inner-workings and ensure an influx of fresh blood and talent will always be encouraged. In keeping with the new iteration, WCBT held their annual executive board elections shortly after their April meeting.
