DES MOINES — Join us for a Halloween party to die for… our very own Zombie Prom! Grab those Halloween costumes on discount, wear your thrift store prom dresses covered in gore and come beat the night away with us. (This is a Halloween play party – not a dance)
We’ll be doing a costume contest with prizes for Most Original Costume, Best Couples Costume (2 or more), and Sexiest Costume. Costumes other than zombies are welcome but remember, if you’re not a zombie… you’re food!
Speaking of food – Mster_J and Venus will be supplying zombie virus punch and a few other goodies, but be sure to bring food to share and fatten up the humans for eating later…
There will be a Thriller dance off to crown the Zombie Prom King and Queen, so brush up on your undead moves. We’ll be playing scary movies all night, and the talented Sir_Charles will be set up to take your gory prom photos. Come join us for a true Night to Dismember!
(As always themed attire is encouraged, but not required.)
Play party will start at 6:00 PM and run until 12:00 AM
No admission after 9:00 PM, so arrive early
Admission is $15 online or $20 at the door, cash or card
Online advance purchase is available up until 24 hours prior to event.

Our play parties are at the same location each month. If this is your first time attending one of our parties be sure to send an RSVP email to VortexParties so we can give you the address.
Play parties are open to both experienced and novice players alike. Come show off the big scene you’ve been planning for weeks, or maybe just sit back and take it all in while you figure out what exactly it is you like and don’t like. Get to meet like minded kinksters and swap ideas and stories. We provide a safe place for you to play and socialize, just bring your toy bag and we’ll provide the rest.
Don’t have a toy bag yet, or just want to try out a new piece of equipment? Help yourself to our Community Toy Bag, a variety of toys for you to use and try while you’re with us. Just clean and return when you are done!
Food is always welcome, so bring your favorite snack or dessert to share during the party. You will have access to our fully equipped kitchen and we’ll provide the plates, cups, and utensils. Beverages will be available at a cost.
