CHICAGO – Trident International – Windy City released the applications for the Neptune III club run this week.
The theme for the for the run is Fantasy Island and will run from July 26 through July 28. The club will be celebrating its 20th anniversary and will also host the Mid-American Conference of Clubs (MACC) Fall Meeting.
The host hotel is the Heart O’ Chicago at 5990 N Ridge Ave. in Chicago. There are a limited number of rooms available at the discounted run rate, once all those rooms are taken there will be no additional rooms added at those rates. Rates are from $88.50 – 97.50 for double occupancy, $110 for 4 guests. Once all discounted rooms are taken, rooms can be reserved through www.expedia.com for the same location but will be at the regular room rates.
There are two ways to pay for your registration: credit & debit via Google Checkout or by mail check after your application has been processed online. The club asks that attendees complete the registration process before completing payment.
