CINCINNATI – Come to Cincinnati and join us for Tri-State Contest Weekend 2015. We are excited about our new contest venue, The Contemporary Arts Center.
Twenty-five years ago this year, the Arts Center was the center of controversy involving photographer, Robert Mapplethorpe. His exhibition, THE PERFECT MOMENT, showing bdsm/leather/kink images was considered obscene and as a result, the Director at the time was brought up on Obscenity charges. He was later acquitted and the images, while still considered controversial were permitted to remain on display. However, the were in a separate room with an 18 and up age restriction for viewing. 25 years later, Tri-State is bringing leather back to the CAC as a focus of celebration and we are inviting you to celebrate with us.
This year, our host hotel is the Millenium, offering room rates of $85.00 plus tax, per night. Follow this link:https://
