ST. LOUIS – The Bad Dog Bar and Grill, one of St. Louis’s bear and leather bars, announced over the weekend that it would close at the end of December. No reason was given, but the bar will close with a New Year’s Party on December 21.

Here is the official announcement – It’s true… The Bad Dog Bar & Grill will be closing it’s doors on December 31st. We will be going out with a bang though with one helluva New Year’s Eve Party!!Bob and Jim along with Chuck, Tyger and the rest of the Bad Dog crew have put heart and soul making the Bad Dog a fun, friendly and safe place for the community. Times are tough for a lot of our friend…s which makes things tough on businesses like the Bad Dog and others. Also Jim and Bob need some much needed R&R.We want to thank all our friends and family that have supported us over the last 10+ years. You have made this a wonderful experience.
