ST. LOUIS – The summer is almost over but the heat is certainly still here. But that’s a good thing because our annual club picnic and POOL PARTY is right around the corner!
Following the success of last year’s event, the club picnic will once again be at the Crowne Plaza Downtown (host hotel for HiBearNation). We’ll have access to the concierge lounge on the top floor starting at 10:30am. Access to the rooftop pool is available through a nearby stairwell. Bathing suits are required. Sorry: no chunky dunk allowed. I’m sure you have sexy swim wear you want to show off any how.
The club will be providing soda, water and beer as well as Sloppy Joes with fixins. Members are encouraged to bring a picnic dish (appetizer, dessert, or side). We’ll likely start eating around 11.
We have access to the suite and pool most of the day. If swimming isn’t your vibe, feel free to bring cards or board games as there are tables in the hospitality lounge.
This event was a lot of fun last year and I’m sure it’ll be a blast again. Members can bring a guest if they’d like. This is a great opportunity to show that friend that may be on the fence about joining how we bears know how to have a good time.
There is no cost for members or their guests for this event.
