CHICAGO — International Mr. Leather weekend had it’s official start with the roast of IML 2015 Patrick Smith and IMBB 2015 Bamm Bamm.
The Leather Archives & Museum was at capacity as the community and this year’s IML class came to hear some of Patrick’s and Bamm Bamm’s closest friends express their love… sort of.
Thib Guicherd-Callin, who has become the go-to roastmaster in the community, was the emcee for the roast which included Nick Elliot, Jeffery Payne, Patrick’s husband Michael, Ren Rushold, Steve Patton, Jefferson Tugger, Brian “Bolt” Donner, and Kevin Murphy. The roast was brutal, even by IML roast standards. Absolutely no one was safe, including Patrick Smith’s mother and former IML executive director Jon Krongaard.
