November SMARTies meeting – Ground Work w/YourBotanist

CLEVELAND — Come join us on Sunday, November 5th from 2-5PM for a class on Ground Work w/YourBotanist.

Ground Control to Major Tom – WTF Do I Do on the Ground?

You have learned the complicated single column ties… double column ties… chest harnesses, futomomos, arm binders…but what next? Suspension might be too risky all alone – OR you don’t have a dedicated hard point – OR your bottom had to come out of a sequence a little earlier than you expected, so whatever shall you do?

Come join us with a class devoted to using basic ties together to create rope scenes on the ground!

This class is aimed at any rigger who can complete (or would like to learn) a single column tie, a futo, chest harness etc…. but doesn’t know how to make them work together or is looking to be inspired in new ways to use them. Join us as we explore the possibilities of ground work using basic ties in non-basic ways.

Painful, sensual, physically challenging – we will explore the world of ground work in a slightly more advanced way than in general 101 classes and it may inspire even the most air-inducing tops to ground themselves for a few scenes 🙂

Materials –
Rope (at least 2 30ft (8m) lengths)
Cutting Tool (duh)
Floor mat or blanket
Willing Partner
