DETROIT – The Hayloft Saloon was host to the Mr. Leather Cowboy 2014 event this past weekend (11/16/13). The event was sponsored in part by The Hayloft Saloon, Beautiful, & Impish Events and was hosted by Mr. Exile Leather 2010, Mr. Robert Chandler. The winner of Mr. Leather Cowboy goes on to compete at the Mr. Michigan Leather event held at the Dunes Resort in Saugatuck Michigan in September of 2014.

The contents for this years Mr. Leather Cowboy were Tom Winslow, Rick Landry, & Caleb Pippin. The entertainment for this years event was provided by International Mr. Leather 2012, Woody Woodruff.
The contestants were judged on an Interview that took place earlier in the day, Leather Attitude & Speech, Bar Wear, & Best ASSets. Judges for this years contest included Mr. Freedom Valley Leather Aaron Bearded, Mr. Leatherman Toronto 2008 Matthew Pavelich, Mr. Kansas Leather 2003 and Mid-Atlantic Leatherboy 2010 Anthoney Pavelich, Seattle Daddy’s boy 2010 and Northwest Leatherboy 2013 Boy Jean, & 2013 Leather Cowboy Paul Robinson . The Tallymaster for this years contest was Mr. R&R 2009, Mr. Leather Detroit 2010, & Mr. Leather Michigan 2011 Robert Smith .
The winner of the Title Mr. Leather Cowboy 2014 received not only the Title, but a medallion, Mr. Leather Cowboy sash, the right to represent the Mr. Leather Cowboy at the Mr. Michigan Leather contest in September of 2014 and a donation to the Mr. Leather Cowboy Travel Fund to help cover room expenses for the weekend. The winner will also be required to host three events here at the Hayloft. The 1st Runner up received a $50 bar tab while the 2nd Runner up received a $25 bar tab.
The Winner of Mr. Leather Cowboy 2014 is Rick Landry. The First Runner Up was Caleb Pippin & the Second Runner Up was Tom Winslow. Rick Landry will go on to compete in the Mr. Michigan Leather Contest in September of 2014.
