Mr. Chicago Leather This Weekend

MCL2014_PosterwCHICAGO – Mr. Chicago Leather is this weekend and it is turning out to be an event weekend for the city.

Along with the contest itself, there are events, meetings and activities through out the weekend.

Things start at 9 p.m. at Touché with Chicago Area Gear Enthusiasts (CAGE) hosting the meet and greet and roast of outgoing MCL Nick Zuko. (Mr. Santa Clara County Leather Thib Guicherd-Callin is the roastmaster. If his teaser videos are anything to go by, it’s gonna be brutal. Bring popcorn.)

The contest itself will be at Touché starting at 10 p.m. with John Pendal hosting. There’s already a few contestants who have declared they’re running. If last year is anything to go by, the bar will be packed solid so get there early to get a good spot.

The weekend will end with a relaxing cigar social hosted by BLUFChicago at Blue Havana in the Lakeview neighborhood, near the corner of Belmont and Clark. This will be an afterhours event so be sure to RSVP on the event page.
