SAN JOSE – The schedule is packed and you don’t want to miss a minute of the weekend. Register by April 6! The event is closed and no one will be allowed to register on site.There are also day passes now available for Thurs – Sun as well as Saturday contest and Saturday contest/play party. Cost and details are on the registration pages. Money a bit tight? Consider volunteering as shifts are still open! Also be sure that your registered name matches your legal ID to get in. While the host hotel may be sold out, there are plenty of nearby hotels in the same price range – Motel 6 – Airport (0.4 miles to Doubletree), Extended Stay – Airport (0.5 miles), and San Jose Airport Garden (0.5 miles). You can post room share requests on the IMsL Group Facebook Page or on the IMsL Fetlife page thread if you haven’t booked yet. We will let you know when we have any additional rooms..Shuttles & Transportation:
San Jose Airport: The Doubletree hotel has a shuttle going to and from the San Jose airport (for more transportation details)
Caltrain: The 10 MTA bus stops at the Santa Clara Caltrain station and drops you right at the corner of the Doubletree Hotel.
