INDIANAPOLIS – This may or may not pertain to your interests, however I figure that there would be many in the Kink and Leather communities who have had their eyes on this bill and are probably as equally as irritated by our lawmakers as I am.
It was brought to my attention that there will be a vigil on Wednesday, March 4th in opposition to the RFRA at 6pm at Roberts Park United Methodist Church (401 N. Delaware, Indianapolis 46204). For Hoosiers in general as well as those people of faith who believe in not writing discrimination against the LGBTQ community into Indiana legislation and that this bill has nothing to do with “religious freedom” at all.
I don’t know if I will be able to personally be there, but I’m going to try to clear my schedule so that I can be, as this is something pretty damn important to me, but I wanted to put a word out that it was happening regardless.
