Sir Vick, Indiana Leather Pride producer

INDIANAPOLIS — Though the 501 Eagle Indianapolis closed its doors in October 2016, Indiana Leatherfolk continue to work hard to locate and create space for its community.

To ensure Indiana Leather visibility and legacies continue, Sir Vick, Indiana Ms Leather Pride 2016, has taken over production of the Indiana Leather Pride contests, and he recently announced the 2017 Indiana LeatherSIR, Leatherboy, Ms Leather Pride, Master/slave, and Bootblack contests will be held March 31-April 1, 2017 at Greg’s Indianapolis during Indiana Leather Pride Weekend.

The judging panel includes:

  • Head Judge: boy Brent (2006 Great Lakes Leatherboy)
  • Meghan Bootblack (International Ms Bootblack 2016)
  • Mark Eddy (2015 International LeatherSIR)
  • Ms Constance (Great Lakes Master 2003; Producer of Bluegrass Leather Pride)
  • Liam Matthews (Mr. Indiana Leather 2017)
  • Eric Masters (Mr. 501 Eagle 2016; Producer of Mr. Indiana Leather)
  • Christina Court (Vice President of Leather Archives & Museum)

In addition to the contests, Indiana Leather Pride Weekend will include Saturday daytime education classes and evening Jell-O shots and auction items.

Those who seek to compete can download an application and contestant information at http://indianaleatherpride.com/. Winners of the Indiana Leather Pride contests will regionally compete at Great Lakes Leather Alliance (GLLA) Weekend September 28-October 1, 2017.
