IML Announces Staffing Changes

CHICAGO — As IML begins to enter a new chapter in its history, The Executive Committee is announcing a staff change, effective immediately.

Erick Joseph, International Mr. Bootblack 2016, and Jeremy Morris, Mr. Iowa Leather 2012 and Executive Producer of Iowa Leather Weekend, have been named Co-Coordinators for the International Mr. Bootblack Competition (IMBB). Erick, originally from Anchorage, AK, now resides in Boston, Mass., and Jeremy hails from Des Moines, Iowa.

“In a small organization like IML, staff changes are never easy, but the Executive Committee believes they are necessary as we move into our next chapter,” said Joey McDonald, Executive Director of IML. “Andrew Johnson has contributed much over his years of service to the organization as IMBB Coordinator and we appreciate and applaud him for his efforts and offer our sincere thanks and very best wishes for the future,” he added.
