INDIANAPOLIS – Great Lakes Leather Alliance just completed its 11th year in Indianapolis, Indiana. There were five contests and three sets of Judges for the weekend. The event toped 500 attendees with a sold out hotel and an overflow hotel that almost sold out.
The new titleholders are:
Great Lakes LeatherSIR – Sir Papa Bear from Michigan
Great Lakes Leatherboy – boy mark from Indiana
Great Lakes Ms Leather Pride – CherriesJubalie from Illinois
Great Lakes Bootblack – bella from Kentucky
Great Lakes Master/slave – Master Peter and slave evangeline from Illinois
The Judges for the SIR/boy/Ms Contest were: Mark Frazier, boy Bamm-Bamm (International Leatherboy), Queen Cougar, Eddy Bowers, Daddy Sal, Sir Alan Penrod, Pup Nitro, and Hardy Haberman. The Judges for the Great Lakes Master/slave contest were: Master Alex Keppeler, Master Z of Dallas, Master Dan (International Master 2012), slave Melissa (International slave 2012), Lady Elsa (International Power Exchange 2012), Tom Stice, and slave keith. The Great Lakes Bootblack contest judges were: Jayson DaBoi, Leslie Anderson, Master Kristina, Susy, Nick Elliott (International Mr Bootblack 2012) and Sarah Sloane.
There were over 30 workshops, numerous cocktail parties, a midnight pool party, a sash bash, movie showing of IMsL, the movie, regional MAsT meeting, a Sunday brunch with keynote speaker, Hardy Haberman, and a lakes side Ash Bash. The Saturday afternoon poolside titleholder auction raised over $3500 for the titleholders travel funds.
