INDIANAPOLIS, IN – This past weekend I had the pleasure of covering the thirteenth annual Great Lakes Leather Alliance event. This event is the regional event for a number of titleholders in the Great Lakes Region. The titles that are competed for at GLLA are the Great Lakes Leather BootBlack, Great Lakes Leather Sir, Great Lakes Leather boy, Great Lakes Leather Miss, & Great Lakes Leather Master/slave.
This article will focus on recognizing those competing for the titles as well as the bevy of people that it takes to put on a weekend event of this size. I am sure there are some of you who are just concerned with who won this past weekend so we will start things there, but I would suggest you take the time to read the rest of this article as the rest of the people I mention deserve credit as well.

GLLA Weekend couldn’t exist with out the amazing volunteers & event staff. I would like to thank everyone who made my weekend covering GLLA the easiest and most fun time I have had covering any event. Very special thanks go to Ms. Kendra & slave garrett who were always there to answer any questions I had and although they were very busy, they remained a pleasure to speak to.
If you have the oppertunity to attend GLLA in the future I encourage you to do so. This weekend it was announced GLLA will be moving to a larger hotel venue and a goal for the future is to host 1,000 attendees for the weekend. It seems to be a lofty goal, but this reporter feels it is very much possible and encourages everyone with the means to attend next year.
