Glenda Rider Resigns From IMsL, LLC

LOUISVILLE, Ky. –  Glenda Rider issued a statement on Monday, September 3rd stating that she was resigning as sole proprietor of IMsL, LLC.  IMsL is the annual event which hosts both the International Ms Leather and International Ms Bootblack titles.  Glenda stated that her resignation was effective immediately.

The resignation letter also included information regarding the circumstances surrounding her step aside, acknowledging that funds intended for charities selected by IMsL had been misappropriated.  Rider has assumed full responsibility for the debt and has stated that no other staff members were aware of the financial discrepancies.  Rider has acknowledged that she has made arrangements with all affected charity organizations for payment and has made the first of those payments.

Glenda has stated that she will focus on self development, specifically transparency, in the upcoming months as she works to make amends. She has also confirmed she does not plan to accept the Pantheon of Leather Lifetime Achievement Award she was scheduled to receive in October.
