CHICAGO — Full Kit Gear, one of Chicago’s three leather stores, celebrated its third anniversary on Thursday, Jan. 25.
The anniversary was held at the store, still in the building it once shared with Man’s Country. Store Manager Kelly Stiles said that the new condo development to be built, The Renslow, will not be directly connected to the part of the complex that Full Kit occupies. That was in many ways, a separate building from the rest of the complex and will remain standing.
The anniversary party has become part of the ramp up into Mr. Chicago Leather with contestants and emcee John Pendal showing up to socialize, shop and enjoy some snacks.
Those coming in were able to see the new products that have arrived in the store, including a electronic, and movable, bondage chair that came with its own remote.
