First NKY Pride Parade -“Y’all Means All!”

COVINGTON, Ky. — Join us for the first NKY Pride Parade – Y’all Means All – Sunday, June 11, 2017!

The NKY Pride Parade will begin for parade participants at Covington Landing in Roebling Point at 1pm, will stretch a mile through Covington, pausing in front of Braxton Brewery where the judges’ table and emcee Sarah Jessica Darker will be stationed. The parade will end in Goebel Park for the 8th Annual NKY PrideFest. All LGBTQA and ally companies, community organizations, non-profits, schools, and corporations are invited to participate.

Awards will be announced at Goebel Park in the following categories:
– Best Overall Entry
– Best Performance
– Best Social Commentary
– Best Interpretation of the Parade/Festival Theme “Y’all Means All”

Official Parade Watch Spots will be scattered along the parade route, some featuring special NKY Pride cocktails (stay tuned for all the exciting details!) Don’t have an official group to walk in the parade with? We invite all LGBTQA folks and allies to file in from your watch spots at the end of the parade and join us for the remainder of the walk to Goebel Park. Wear the rainbow! Carry signs! Let’s fill Covington’s streets with PRIDE!

10:00 AM Staging streets are closed to traffic. Official parade entries are allowed to enter and stage.
12:30 PM All parade entries must be in their staging location. Any entries that are not in place by 12:30 will not be allowed to participate in the parade.
