ST. LOUIS – Central Plains Leather SIR/boy 2014 took place at JJ’s Clubhouse on April 18-19. Our leatherboy this year is Deven of Kansas City. “I feel honored to represent the Central Plains region. The entire experience is humbling.”

During his title year, boy deven wants to continue to learn about the Leather community, leather craftsmanship, and guide those who are starting their Leather experience.

Deven will represent Central Plains at International Leather SIR/boy from Thursday, August 27, through Sunday, September 1, 2014. For more information, visit http://www.ilsb-icbb.com.

Central Plains was unable to produce a LeatherSIR this year. SIR Bill Bauer, CPLSb producer, stated “the newest Kansas City LeatherSIR was slated to compete at the St. Louis regional but had to drop out due to complications arising out of a broken arm. This left a single SIR entrant for the St Louis contest who, while admirable, failed to reach the 80% of points necessary to be awarded the title.”

Our judges this year were 2012 Central Plains LeatherSIR Robb, 2006 Mr. Michigan Leather Tony Wolfram, former Central Plains LeatherSIR / Leatherboy producer Master C, Wisconsin Leather Daddy 2013/14 Brad Borreson & boy john.

The event kicked off with our Meet and Greet on Friday, April 18th, where contestants and judges were introduced. The contest was held on Saturday, April 19th. Contestants were judged on Interview; Speech & Image; Physique; and Fantasy Scene.

After a day of interviews and dress rehearsal, the event started at 10pm with the jockstrap contest. Our emcee, Chuck Brackett, was able to ask our contestants a humorous, sexual question while they were bearing their cheeks to the audience. The next part of the contest was the leathersex fantasy scene, where contestants showed the judges and public their preferred types of BDSM and leatherplay.

While the contestants mingled with the crowd, Central Plains LeatherSIR Robert Garrett and Central Plains/International leatherboy Gator Bate gave their step down speeches, followed by the title announcement.

Blue Max Cycle Club, a levi-leather club in St. Louis, Missouri, voted to end its association with the Central Plains Leather SIR/boy contest on April 13. The producers whole-heartedly thank the club for past nurture and support.

CPLSb would like to thank our sponsors: Blue Max Cycle Club, PS Linden Photography, and JJ’s Clubhouse.

Central Plains Leather SIR/boy has been produced in St Louis by Wolf Leathertop and boy allan since 2011.
