CHICAGO – Touché has been a symbol of the LGBT community in Chicago for over 35 years. In that time the team there has supported our community through local and national philanthropic events. It is time to continue that tradition and give back to the community in which we live and support our brothers and sisters living with HIV.
If you’ve never rode before… Great we will teach you, and you will be amongst friends on this 2 day journey that will change your life.
If you don’t feel you can finish remember its a ride not a race and I promise not to leave any teammate behind. We do this together.
If your’e already registered on a team.. Great we still welcome everyone to come and join us at Touché because even if your on a team we all have the same goal.
On April 3rd we will be hosting a meeting and greet with Richard Cardova Director of Athletic events who will be at Touché to support us with training ride preparation and fundraising efforts.
I look forward to seeing everyone at Touché from and starting off the spring and summer strong with some amazing rides.
The Ride for AIDS Chicago is on July 13th and 14th,We will be joining hundreds of other individuals on a two-day, 200 mile bicycle ride to fight HIV/AIDS in the Chicago area. The months of training and preparing for this Ride is nothing compared to what people living with HIV go through on a daily basis. http://rideforaids.kintera.org/faf/home/default.asp?ievent=1033952
