Breaking News: Break-In at LRA in Chicago

LRA_Logo_frontCHICAGO – The board of the LRA in Chicago, one of the oldest and largest dungeons in Chicago, has reported the club was broken into on Saturday.

The board posted the following notice on its Fetlife group:

We are sad to report that at some point during our closing hours on March 9, a break-in occurred at the club. The incursion was limited to the vestibule & office areas.

We want to assure our members that no personal information of any member or guest was compromised, and no vandalism of any LRA property occurred.

The board is managing this situation, in conjunction with the Chicago Police Department. We have filed a police report, and are currently assessing additional precautions to ensure continued security of LRA’s membership and premises.

If you have any questions, please feel free to send them to us at member-services@lra-chicago.org.  We thank you in advance for your support and we apologize for any inconvenience.

Sincerely,

The LRA Board of Directors

We will be following the story and give you details as the become available.
