BOE presents: Music Sensation: Implementation of Music in a Scene with RhoSigma, Aug. 30

Board of Education, BoEDETROIT — Music is great right? You can do so much with it; make love, high energy raves, stay motivated, sweet wedding dances, build suspense in a thriller movie. Ever notice the music at a play party? Do you think it’s just good “background music”? Ambient Noise that takes up what would otherwise be silence or screaming (even other players)? While that can be true, it can be so much more. Learn to step up your game in the scene. Learn to use the music as a part of the scene. That’s right, “as a part of the scene”. No longer just background noise. Another tool in your play bag to make you an even better player. Learn to play WITH music and help control and guide a scene from warm-up, play, and even into aftercare. This same method can also be used for lighter scenes and happier tones. Music has no limits, use it to expand yours.
This class comprises of discussion and various demonstrations.
Required Prerequisites: An open mind
Goals of the course: the goal of the course is to bring a better appreciation to music and its use within the lifestyle.
