BOE Presents: Leather Titleholding 101, A Panelist Discussion, Feb. 7

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Join 2009 Great Lakes Leather Sir Merrill, 2012 Great Lakes Leather Sir Papa Bear, Ms. Michigan Leather Pride 2015-2016 Megan, Mr. Michigan Leather 2017 Kenn Kennedy and 2016 Great Lakes Bootblack Elisa for a discussion of the leather titleholding system — what it is, how it works and the benefits of it.

We’ll discuss bar titles to international ones, the different types of titles and title “tracks,” what a title contest looks like and what a titleholding year looks like. We’ll answer as many questions as you can think of, including the ever-popular, “Isn’t this just a big pageant,” “Are title-holders community leaders,” and “Why is this even related to kink and BDSM?”

All of your panelists have or will compete at regional and international level competitions. Many of them have judged or tally-mastered for local, state and regional contests across the nation, have handled and prepped contestants at all different levels of competition and two of them have successfully produced/owned contests for more than a decade combined.

Please RSVP on our event page here!
