DETROIT – The BOE Dominants Mentorship Program is designed for those Dominants who are serious about their personal growth and are willing to dedicate a substantial amount of time to their personal development. Switches are invited to be mentees but must wear their “D” type hat when participating.
This program is approximately a year long intensive study under the supervision of senior community members. Our focus is to provide you the opportunity to learn the different aspects of our varied culture and develop both safety knowledge and BDSM skills.
The program adopts a three tier approach to learning.
Tier 1: Boot Camp (3 Months) We will be meeting at least once a month in person for discussions and work assignments; homework will be assigned for the following sessions. These sessions start the process of “Dominant Dominate Thy Self”.
Tier 2: One on One Training with a Mentor (8 Months) Individual meetings with the Mentors, interspersed with Hands on training sessions in a classroom environment.
Tier 3: Wrap Up Sessions – Where to go after Training (1 Month)
The program is very comprehensive and requires a time commitment on the part of the participants and Mentors alike.
To participate in the BOE Dominants Mentorship Program you must be a member, in good standing, of the BOE. The program size is limited to 24, so we are asking that all applicants of this program answer the following 3 questions to be considered;
1) Why do you want to participate in the program? 2) What do you believe you will learn or gain from the program? 3) What do you believe you can give back to the community after completing the program?

The administrators of the program will choose the mentees from this pool of candidates based on answers provided. All answers will remain in strict confidence with the administrators of the program.
We will be holding our first meeting on Sunday October 13th at the Best Western Greenfield Inn (Where the BOE holds classes weekly), this meeting is from 3:00PM to 5:00PM and is an introduction to the program. All who are interested are encouraged to attend. there is no fee for this initial meeting.
The fee for the class will be $50.00 per participant to cover the cost of the meeting space and expenses related to the program. There will CPR certification as part of the Dungeon Monitors class, that will be an additional cost.
