Lets talk about what really could happen if one of you dies and how to deal with it from a legal aspect. If you are poly, how your second wife is provided for? Maybe you aren’t married but you want to make sure certain things happen if you should even become temporarily disabled? So many issues we never think about until the unfortunate happens and then it could be too late. We will explore some of the ways Powers of Attorneys can be used to add to or aid your relationship, conversations that need to happen now, living wills and wills.
