Bloomington Kink February Munch, Feb. 12

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – February is the time when love and romance are on the mind. With that in mind, Bloomington Kink will be discussing The 5 Languages by Gary Chapman. This book has been ground breaking in helping people figure out how to communicate with each other romantically in ways that make sense to them as an individual. One thing I see come up in all relationships is the feeling that you’re not able to express how you feel about each other in ways that the other person seems to understand. This seems to be even more true in BDSM relationships, because power dynamics often get in the way. Learn to see how your partner recognizes your passion for them, and learn the ways you need to be treated in order to feel that devotion.

There is homework for this workshop, but it’s ok if you don’t get there. is the website that has the questions you answer to get an idea what your primary and secondary love languages may be. You don’t need the book, but it may be helpful to participate in the discussion to peruse the website and look over the options.

We will be starting this discussion at 8pm, so ideally you would have wandered in and gotten your food and things out of the way. If you can’t, it’s fine, but that’s our goal ๐Ÿ™‚

Munches are a great opportunity for people who are new, inexperienced in the kink community, or who like noodles, to hang out with the locals. If you’ve been thinking of going to an event, munches are a great place to start. Ages 18+ welcome.

After you order your food, go down the hallway, the conference/party room is on the left side. That’s where we’ll be, and that’s where you should be as well ๐Ÿ™‚
