HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — Adamandeve.com, a longtime adult novelty retailer, released statistics about abortion in the United States this week.
The information provides data on everything from the number of abortions performed each year to parental consent and mandatory waiting laws.
“Adam & Eve supports healthy sexuality between consenting adults,'” said Chad Davis, marketing director for adamandeve.com in a statement. “But because so many women’s rights are in jeopardy, we wanted to look at the current attitudes and beliefs around this very controversial topic.”
